For the 7th meeting of the Visioni d'Oriente group, the chosen film is Taxi Teheran by Jafar Panahi (Iran, 2015 - Golden Bear at the Berlinale of the same year).
The film offers a glimpse into contemporary Iran through passengers from various walks of life who get on and off a taxi driven by Jafar Panahi himself. The entire process is recorded, unbeknownst to them.
The meeting will be held in the Korean Room.
