Invitation to a Banquet

On Monday, October 20th, at 2:00 PM in the Korean Room, writer and Chinese cuisine expert Fuchsia Dunlop will present her new book, Invitation to a Banquet: The Story of Chinese Food, published by ADD Editore.

The event, organized in collaboration with the Confucius Institute, will be moderated by Paolo De Troia, a professor at our Department.
