Giulio Cesare Teloni

Count Giulio Cesare Teloni, known as Bruto Teloni (1857–1943), was an Italian librarian, orientalist, scholar of Assyrian language and literature, and university professor. At the Oriental School, he held the position of Professor of Oriental Archaeology.

Research and Studies

In 2015, Teloni’s collection was the focus of a pilot project by the GRISSO research group, which examined annotations and other marginalia within the volumes.
